Now , about Rollback Rate..
My third KPI,..its show us about ratio how much we can make a skipping,..or make a return of a class customer..based on overdue.
RB = Principle Amount customer who pay more than 1 installment in this month compare with all principle amount customer who lay on OD in the class of Overdue..
RB 1 = Principle amount cust who pay more than 1 installment / principle amount cust on cycle I..
..

take it easy,..its just "skipping class overdue rate.."..he..he
